BEAUTIFUL BAGS AND BOXES

I've had a busy couple of weeks prepping for my 'Mr Big Makes Beautiful Bags and Boxes Workshop'. Mr Big you say ... Mr Big is my Big Shot and I love him .... I love the real Mr Big too and can't wait to go and see him in Sex and the City 2. I love that series ... never watched it in the 80's and 90's but love it now. I have the whole boxed set of DVD's and the first movie and it's not long now until the second movie .. Gold Class here I come. But I'm prattling on, here's what we made in the workshops.

The girls actually made the box in different colours to this, in fact every box and every bag were different. I'm using up all my papers in readiness for the new catalogue later in the year.

The box in the foreground is made with the Scallop Envelope Die, Rich Razzleberry and Orchid Opulence card and Cottage Wall DSP. The ribbon is 5/8" Grosgrain. The flower was made with the Scallop Circle Punch

The box in the background is made with the retired Ski Slope DSP and Old Olive and Chocolate Chip card and Chocolate Chip 5/8" Grosgrain. The Snowflake is a die from Cuttlebug.

Now these were the bags we made using the Top Note Die.

The bag in the front uses Candy Lane Paper and Pink Pirouette, Very Vanilla, Mellow Moss, Close to Cocoa and Riding Hood Red card. The button in the centre of the flower is made with the Buttons #5 Sizzlet die and some Linen Thread. The flower was made using the Scallop Circle Punch. I have also used the Crop-a-dile and Jumbo Eyelets in pewter with some Pretty in Pink  Taffeta Ribbon.  The label was made with the Stampin-Up! Lots of Tags Sizzlet die and the Wide Oval Punch. The stamp set is Vintage Labels from Sale-a-bration Mini. Inks used were Close to Cocoa and Riding Hood Red.

The bag in the background uses Bella Bleu DSP and Whisper White and Chocolate Chip card. Punches used were Wide Oval, Scallop Oval and Small and Large Ovals. Greetings is from Short and Sweet and ink is Chocolate Chip. The ribbon is Chocolate Chip 1" Double-Stiched Grosgrain.

Like to purchase your very own Mr Big and some of the new exciting dies to go with him. then just drop me a line, I'd love to help you.
