CREATIVITY DELIVERED

Good Morning to you all

Well I am home from my trip to Japan and I had the most relaxing holiday that I think I have ever embarked upon. I think the difference was that I shared my holiday with a girlfriend instead of husbands and kids (which I haven't done in a while anyways as they are all adults now). For 11 days we just chilled, toured, slept, ate, drank and never lifted a finger. Only trouble was that I came home with a really bad cold that has taken me three weeks to get over.

The Annual Holiday catalogue will be released on September 1st and as usual it is chock full of gorgeous Christmas and Halloween products. I have had the opportunity to have a little play with some new Designer Series Paper along with a couple of other products to give you a sneak peek.

I have the catalogs here already so if you would like to email me and arrange to pick up your copy please let me know. Also I am happy to drop to you if I am in your area at any stage.

I do hope everyone is feeling happy, healthy and creative!

JOYFUL JUNE

Hello Lovelies

Can you believe we are almost half way through 2017 ... which means it's only 6 months till Christmas this Sunday. Excitement is building in our house at the moment as we await the birth of our fourth grandchild who was due last Sunday. We have no idea what sex the baby is so it will be a wonderful surprise as to the sex and the name. I already have my baby card made but can't do any shopping just yet until the surprise is revealed <3

Some of you have already placed your first orders from the new catalogue and I hope that you have had lots of fun playing all your new products. I made a few purchases as well and here is a card I created using the Bike Ride stamp set and co-ordinating Build a Bike Framelits. I do hope you can all see the image.

This is the Thank You card that was received by everyone who placed an order with me last month. All images used are current product  apart from the greeting which is from the retired Six Sided Sampler stamp set. Bike Ride Bundle (cost $73.75) can be found on page 20 of the catalogue with a better view of the Framelits on page 213. It does contain quite a few images but it was great fun to create with.

I'm off to Japan with a girlfriend on the 11th July for an 8 night cruise around the north island of Hokkaido and I will be placing an order next Friday, June 30th so let me know by 12 noon on that date if you need anything before I leave.

Wishing you all a lovely weekend and I'm sure it will be with the weather being  just gorgeous at the moment :)

BOTANICAL BLOOMS BIRTHDAY CARD

It's that time of year when the new Stampin' Up! Catalogue is almost due for release ... yay! This also means that the Retirement List has been released to make way for new goodies. I'm always sad to see some items retire and this year is no different.

Botanical Blooms has really been a favourite of mine and it's so versatile and I'm truly sad to see that it is on the Retirement List. It will remain as part of my stash mainly because of the matching Framelits which include some gorgeous floral dies that I could not bear to part with.

This birthday card has been made for a very special friend using her favourite colour Baja Breeze which retired a year or so ago. The ink colours on this card are Baja Breeze, So Saffron and Smoky Slate. Stamp sets include Botanical Blooms and Labeler Alphabet which luckily has not retired. I have to confess though, that this is the first time that I have used this alphabet set and it was simple to use so I will be sure that I use it more often. Accessories include White Perfect Accents, Rhinestone Basic Jewels and Black Metallic Thread.

With the release of the new catalogue due on June 1st, it's time to pre-order your copy now. Please email me to reserve your copy now at a cost of $5.00 per copy and don't forget to check out the Retirement List to make sure you don't miss out on something that you will regret not owning. In the meantime ...

URBAN UNDERGROUND MASCULINE CARD

In the gorgeous new 2017 Occasions Catalogue there is a stamp set to suit every occasion ... hence that would be why it is called 'Occasions' lol.

I absolutely love the Urban Underground suite of papers it is quite grungy and the colours are wonderful, perfect for masculine cards and pages. So today I sat down and created this card using both the papers and the new photopolymer Balloon Adventures stamp set.

It's quite a simple card as you can see. I used the Balloon Bouquet Punch to punch out the balloons from the designer series paper and the banner was fussy cut. Colours are Basic Black, Delightful Dijon and Very Vanilla. The sequins and black cord are from my stash.

Don't forget that you will have the opportunity to choose a free product from the
Sale-a-bration Mini for every $90.00 you spend and did you know there will be three brand new SAB products available from 21st February through until 31st March. Watch this space :).

Cheers and Happy Stampin'
